Anàlisi de l'impacte socioeconòmic del turisme: el cas dels dos maresmes

[cat] La comarca costanera del Maresme és un dels indrets de Catalunya que més turistes rep per temporada fruit de l’al·licient que ha representat històricament la base del model turístic de la costa: les platges. L’activitat turística però, s’ha centrat en diferents zones de la comarca, essent predominant en alguns dels seus municipis i pràcticament absent en d’altres, marcant així una distribució turística irregular. Alhora, aquest sector ha determinat l’economia dels municipis allà on és present i els ha diferenciat clarament de la resta de viles en termes econòmics, sent aquells que s’han especificat en aquest sector els indrets de la comarca que tenen una menor renda per habitant, en comparació amb aquells que històricament no s’han especialitzat en aquesta indústria i els quals registren les rendes per habitant més elevades de tot Catalunya.

[eng] The coastal region of the Maresme is one of the places in Catalonia that most tourists receive during the season due to the incentive that has historically represented the basis of the tourist model of the coast, the beaches. The tourist activity, however, has focused on different areas of the region, being predominant in some of its municipalities and practically absent in others, marking an irregular tourist distribution. At the same time, this sector has determined the economy of the municipalities where it is present and has clearly differentiated them from the rest of the towns in economic terms, being those that have been specified in this sector the places of the region that have a lower rent per inhabitant, compared with those that historically have not specialized in this industry, which record the highest per capita income in Catalonia.
