dc.description.abstract[eng] Mental disorders are a mystery for many that are fortunate enough to not experience them. They are so fortunate that many of them take the liberty to represent these diagnosis mistakenly using an astronomical amount of stereotypes and dramatizations, that end up stigmatizing all of those who live with mental disorders. Depression and anxiety are some of the most common mental disorders, nevertheless they are complex and it’s hard to comprehend that they are more than just “feeling sad” or “being nervous”. Using visual resources, it’s aim is to represent how a person that has both diagnosis lives with them day by day, showing many facets and difficulties that are involved in having them.eng
