Parc arqueològic de la vil·la romana de Sales: Proposta d’intervenció urbana a partir de museografia a l’apperto

[cat]El conegut com a Lloc de Sales, al límit del municipi de Viladecans, està integrat per dos elements patrimonials: l’ermita romànica de Santa Maria de Sales i el jaciment arqueològic de la vil·la romana de Sales. Les diverses actuacions realitzades en aquest espai s’han centrat en la consolidació de l’edifici religiós per a la salvaguarda de les pintures gòtiques del seu interior; relegant les restes romanes del seu subsol a un segon pla i perllongant la situació de desconeixement que actualment experimenta la ciutadania del terme sobre aquest passat. La creació del nou barri de Llevant, actualment en curs, ofereix l’oportunitat de plantejar una actuació sobre l’espai que envolta l’ermita, i en aquest sentit, que doni també visibilitat a l’existència d’aquest jaciment romà. Dins d’aquest marc neix la proposta dels present projecte, la concepció del PARC ARQUEÒLOGIC DE LA VIL·LA ROMANA DE SALES. Al llarg de les seves pàgines es desenvolupa una proposta d’intervenció urbana, per a la creació d’una plaça pública, amb elements de museografia a l’apperto on, a través de la metodologia arqueològica i la formulació de preguntes, sigui possible conèixer i entendre els diferents elements que integren la vil·la romana de Sales; sense ocupar un espai ciutadà i que alhora apropa aquest patrimoni local a la població de Viladecans.

[eng] The known as Place of Sales, on the edge of the village of Viladecans, is composed by two patrimonial elements: the Romanic hermitage of Santa Maria of Sales and the archaeological site of the Roman villa of Sales. The various actions carried out in this space have focused on the consolidation of the religious building to safeguard the Gothic paintings in the inside; relegating the Roman remains of its subsoil to the background and prolonging the situation of ignorance currently experienced by the citizens of the town on this past. The creation of the new neighbourhood of Llevant , currently in process, offers the opportunity to consider an action on the surrounding of the hermitage, and in this sense, that also gives visibility to the existence of this Roman site. Within this framework born the proposal of this project, the conception of the ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK OF THE ROMAN VILLA OF SALES. Throughout its pages, a proposal for urban intervention is developed, for the creation of a public square, with elements of museography in the apperto where, through the archaeological methodology and the formulation of questions, it is possible to get to know and understand the different elements that make up the Roman villa of Sales; without occupying a citizen space and at the same time brings this local heritage closer to the town of Viladecans.
