| ca |
dc.description.abstract | [eng] The Covid 19 pandemic is the greatest crisis that the planet has suffered since World War II, as described by the Secretary General of the United Nations. After almost three years of being declared as such by the WHO, the number of deaths worldwide exceeds 6.6 million. But as has been verified through the published data, there have been great differences in the mortality rates caused by the virus, between the majority of democratic countries and a few other territories. This doctoral thesis analyzes whether there is a link between the management of the pandemic by different governments, which explains such disparate results in excess lethality. | ca |
