Impactes de les plataformes digitals a Barcelona

Abstract

[cat] El treball pretén realitzar un anàlisi teórico-pràctic sobre les noves formes de treball i els canvis que estem experimentant durant l’etapa del capitalisme digital. El treball realitzarà un anàlisi d’uns models de negoci de les plataformes digitals i la gig economy i els seus impactes des d’una escala més global fins a una escala més local a través de casos pràctics de la ciutat de Barcelona. Durant els diferents apartats del treball analitzarem el model de les noves plataformes digitals que operen a través del que anomenem economia de plataformes i gig economy. Després d’analitzar el model, com funciona i de quines empreses es tracten, analitzarem els impactes que aquestes noves realitats estan provocant, l’impacte social, l’impacte polític, la batalla cultural i l’impacte urbà. Amb els diferents exemples plantejats durant el transcurs del treball es mostraran un seguit de processos i realitats que semblen invisibles per una gran part de la societat. Aquest treball mostrarà i permetrà reflexionar sobre un model empresarial que ha vingut per quedar-se i del que es disposa molt poca informació. A partir de les diferents fonts d’anàlisis i treball de camp realitzat veurem quins son els efectes i les implicacions presents i futures que aquesta nova realitat està creant.

[eng] This work aims to carry out a theoretical and practical analysis on the new forms of work and the changes we are experiencing during the current stage of digital capitalism. The work will analyze the model and its impacts from a more global scale to a more local scale through practical cases from the city of Barcelona. During the different sections of the work we will analyze the model of the new digital platforms that operate through what we call the gig economy. After analyzing the model, how it works and which companies are involved, we will analyze the impacts that these new realities are causing, the social impact, the political impact, the cultural battle and the urban impact. With the different examples raised during the course of the work, a series of processes and realities that seem invisible to a large part of society will be shown. This work will show and uncover a type of business model that is here to stay and about which very little information is available. Based on the different sources of analysis and field work carried out to see what are the present and future effects and implications that this new reality is creating.
