Anàlisi del Servei Local de Teleassistència a Olesa de Montserrat

[cat] L’evident envelliment de la població com a resultat de l’augment de l’esperança de vida fa obvia la necessitat de trobar noves opcions per a poder tenir cura dels nostres grans en el seu entorn habitual. D’aquesta realitat sorgeix el Servei de Teleassistència i d’una vivència personal la idea sobre la que basar aquest Treball Final de Grau. Sota el títol “Anàlisi del Servei de Teleassistència a Olesa de Montserrat” es vol donar a conèixer què és el Servei de Teleassistència, el seu funcionament a Olesa de Montserrat, així com establir i analitzar el perfil i la ubicació dels usuaris d’aquest servei en aquest municipi. Tot i que el treball es centrarà principalment en el funcionament a nivell local, serà també imprescindible presentar una contextualització socioeconòmica a nivell de la província de Barcelona i de la comarca del Baix Llobregat per a poder constatar quina és la situació actual i quina ha estat l’evolució del servei i dels diferents usuaris a tots nivells. Es farà també un breu anàlisi del temps de resposta del servei en cas d’emergència. Mapes, taules, gràfics i piràmides de població ens ajudaran a donar forma a les dades a las que s’ha tingut accés per a poder analitzar-les i entendre de forma gràfica i entenedora l’evolució des de que va començar a funcionar aquest servei. La Diputació de Barcelona i el Departament de Serveis Socials de l’Ajuntament d’Olesa de Montserrat han estat les fonts principals de dades. El tractament de totes aquestes dades ens porta a evidenciar una progressiva demanda d’aquest servei any rere any com a resultat de l’increment de persones a la franja de població de 80 anys i més com a resultat de l’envelliment de la població.

[eng] The evident aging of the population as a result of the increase in life expectancy makes obvious the need to find new options to be able to take care of our elderly in their usual environment. From this reality comes the Teleassistance Service and from a personal experience,the idea on which to base this Final Degree Project. Under the title "Analysis of the Teleassistance Service in Olesa de Montserrat" we want to make known what the Teleassistance Service is, how it works in Olesa de Montserrat, as well as to establish and analyze the profile and location of the users of this service in this municipality. Although the work will mainly focus on the operation at the local level, it will also be essential to present a socio-economic context at the level of the province of Barcelona and the Baix Llobregat region in order to ascertain what the current situation is and what the evolution of the service and of the different users at all levels has been. There will also be a brief analysis of the response time of the service in case of emergency. Maps, tables, graphs and population pyramids will help us shape the data that has been accessed to be able to analyse them and understand graphically and comprehensibly the evolution since this service began to operate . The Provincial Council of Barcelona and the Department of Social Services of the Olesa de Montserrat City Council have been the main sources of data. The treatment of all this data leads us to evidence a progressive demand for this service ,year after year, as a result of the increase of people in the population group of 80 years and over, as a result of the aging of the population.
